how to buy

To get an airtel connection, you will be required to :

  • Duly filled in new Registration Form with customer’s signature
  • 2 attested copies of recent passport-size color photographs
  • Photocopy of your National ID Card or Passport ( if foreigner)
  • Required information of a referral person (name, phone no & national id number of the referral person)
  • Proof of Address (Copy of recent Electricity, WASA, Telephone Bill etc.)
  • Connection charges (package price)

Registration form : Customer need to fill up the registration form and submit necessary document when purchase any new connection of airtel . Click on the below link for registration form. 
Attachment: User Registration form 

Undertaking Form : If any customer do not have registration form and need to replace his sim , he /she need to fill up the undertaking form, submit photocopy of NID and 2 recent passport size photo. Please find the attached form in below :

Customer Service Form : If any customer need to get any service such as address change , package plan change he/she need to fill up the form and visit any nearest AEC/ ARC
