  2. Ans. MySports is a SMS, WAP, IVR, APP based sports service. User can subscribe this service through any channel and charging will be single point. After getting subscribed user can enjoy the service through SMS,WAP, IVR and APPLICATION (Android). There will be no additional charge for any content.(Data charge will be applicable).

  3. What is the portal link?
  4. Ans. You need to log on to WAP site http://mysports.com.bd/ from your mobile via your mobile browser with airtel Internet.

  5. How do I get the Application?
  6. Ans. Application is available in play store. User click on http://mysports.com.bd/ and application link is available in portal

  7. How to subscribe to the My Sports service?
  8. Ans. You can easily subscribe the service through SMS, WAP, IVR and Application.

    • Through SMS: START ASP or ASPW and send to 22222
    • Through Portal: Go to http://mysports.com.bd/ and click on the subscription link.
    • Through APP: Download App and click on the subscription link.
    • Through IVR: Dial 22222 and select package

  10. Ans. You can easily un-subscribe the service through SMS, WAP, IVR and Application.

    • Through SMS: STOP ASP or ASPW and send to 22222
    • Through Portal: Go to http://mysports.com.bd/ and click on the un-subscription link
    • Through APP: Open App and click on the un-subscription link.
    • Through IVR: Dial 22222 and follow the instruction

  12. Ans. There will be two subscription package and two on demand package and charges as below-

  14. Ans. There will be two package one is daily and another 5 days.

  15. Is there any on demand package in this service?
  16. Ans. Yes, there is a daily on demand package

  17. How to activate the on demand package in this service?
  18. Ans. You have to send ASP to 22222 to activate the on demand package

  19. How to enjoy IVR on demand service?
  20. Ans. You have to dial 222221 to enjoy the IVR on demand service

  21. If I subscribed from SMS then can I use APP, WAP and IVR?
  22. Ans. Yes, if you subscribed form any channel then other channel will be free, that means charging will be single point and once you subscribed you can enjoy the full service from SMS,WAP,IVR and application.

  23. I get error message:'Low Balance, Recharge and try again',what does it come?
  24. Ans. This message is displayed when you do not have sufficient balance in your account/number or your renewal has been unsuccessful.To continue enjoying, kindly refill your account/number and try again.

  25. Why do I need a Airtel data connection to enjoy the service through WAP and APP?
  26. Ans. Airtel data connection is required to validate your subscription status with My Sports platform.

  27. Is there any data charge to streaming the content or browse the portal and App?
  28. Ans. Yes there will be standard data charges as per your subscribed data plan.
