Q: Where can I register to join the tournament?

A: The registration can be done via the Axiata Game Hero website and select your country accordingly.

Q: How do I sign-up for an account and join tournament on Axiata Game Hero: Football Edition community platform?

A: Please click on the LOGIN button at the top right corner of the page to start the first step of account sign-up.
To sign-up, please follow the following steps in accordance to your country of residence:
Malaysia: An active BOOST account
Indonesia: An active XL mobile number
Bangladesh: An active Airtel mobile number
Cambodia: An active Smart mobile number
Upon tapping the “Join Tournament” button, you will be directed to a Payment Selection page. The payment of fees is based on your country.

Q: Why can't I participate in the tournaments when I have already signed up for an account?

A: You need to be a subscriber in order to participate in the tournament.

Q: Do I need to subscribe to participate in the tournaments?

A: Yes, you need to be a subscriber in order to participate in the tournament.

Q: What can my account do if I don't subscribe to the platform service?

A: You still can visit website for the games scoring result and videos.

Q: Can I join if I am not using any of the telco company listed?

A: No you may not, you must be a user of the telco provider listed.

Q: Do I need a PES Owner ID to join the tournament

A: Yes, you are required to insert your Owner ID. You can find your PES Owner ID inside the game

Q: Where do I find my PES Owner Name and Owner ID?

A: You can find your PES Owner Name and ID inside the game

Q: Can I switch my PES account halfway through the tournament?

A: No, your PES Owner ID will be tied to your Axiata Game Hero subscription throughout the tournament

Q: Can I change Owner Name?

A: Recommended not to change. However, if you did change please do inform any Tournament Available to avoid any miscommunication

Q: What is the duration for the tournament?

A: The tournament runs from June 2022 to November 2022

Q: What is the total prize pool for the tournament?

A: Total prize pool up to USD 60000

Q: How many Tournament stages?

A: There are 4 Tournament stages. Users need to join Qualifiers to be able to play on Elite Lounge. Player from Elite Lounge will have a chance to play on Country Qualifiers. Top 4 from each country will qualify to the Regional Grand Finals.

Q: How is the score calculated on leaderboard?

A: Each win will be count as 3 points. Lose won’t make you receive or deduct any points.

Q: What if there is a player having a same score on leaderboard?

A: Number of game play will be count. Participant need to update their match result as fast as they can.

Q: Under what conditions will i get disqualified from the tournament?

A: Please refer to Tournament Rules.

Q: How do I know if I am disqualified from the tournament?

A: Tournament Admin will be notified participant after the issue has been rectified

Q: Can I join the tournament again when the issue that caused the disqualification is rectified?

A: Yes, you can join the tournament again once the disqualification is rectified. However, the previous ranking on the leaderboard will no longer be available and will not be taken into consideration for the tournament.

Q: How many times can we challenge the same opponent?

A: Participant can challenge same opponent for 2 times ONLY.

Q: How often is the leaderboard being updated?

A: Tournament Admin will be checked and updated as soon as they can

Q: How can i talk to Tournament Admin if there is any question?

A: Tournament Admin will be available in the discord/chat provided

Q: What if there is a game update during our scheduled time?

A: Participant may contact their opponent and reschedule the match

Q: what is the time limit for the submission for Leaderboard?

A: Submission will close at 12:00 PM GMT 8 on the last week of every weekend

Q: Do Loser need to keep / send the screenshot?

A: Yes, Loser can submit their Lose Match History and they can keep it for prove that they did play with the opponent.

Q: Who can participate in the Football Arcade?

A: Any active AGH subscriber is eligible to participate in the Football Arcade.

Q: How do I participate in the game challenge?

A: Simply click on the ongoing games and you will be able to play.

Q: How many attempts can I play in the paid challenges?

A: There is no limit on the number of attempts you may have as long as you are an active subscriber.

Q: Where can I find my rank?

A: View your rank under Results. Choose your country and the arcade game.

Q: What happens when scores are tied?

A: The player who scores the high score first is given preference in the leaderboard.

Q: Will my score be recorded if I quit the games whilst the game is in session?

A: No, if you quit the game before completing it or if you exit the app whilst the game is still in session, your score will not be recorded.

Q: Can I participate in more than 1 arcade game?

A: Yes, as long as you are still an active AGH subscriber, you may join any ongoing arcade games.

Q: How do I win prizes?

A: Be on top of the leaderboard for your country and stand a chance to win prizes.

Q: Do I need an internet connection to play?

A: Yes, you need to be connected to the internet while playing the games.

Q: How often is the leaderboard being updated?

A: Scores on the leaderboard will be updated live.

Q: How will the results be announced?

A: Players will be able to see their results on the leaderboards after the game has ended.

Q: Can I still receive the prize if my subscription has ended?

A: Yes, you can still receive your prize even after your subscription has ended.
