- Prepaid Pack validity will be 24 hours and validity will be counted from the first usage of the pack.
- Prepaid user’s will not be able to purchase the pack twice during the validity period of the previous plan.
- Prepaid user’s will not be able to use internet after pack validity is over. Customer needs to dial USSD or visit website and purchase pack again to use data. Without any data pack, prepaid customer will not be able to use internet.
- Prepaid international roaming service is currently not available for MNP customers.
