To remove or delete account from My Airtel App:

Option-1

Is it truly your intention to remove your account? You will lose your personal data from the " My Airtel - Bangladesh App " within 30 days. Information that has been erased cannot be retrieved. Please note that all of your Airtel app related account data and the app account will be deleted and if you re-register in future, you will not be eligible for the signup bonus.

Option-2

Login to My Airtel App > Click on the avatar on the top left of home page > got to settings tab > go to delete account > specify reason > next > No I want to delete > confirm > Submit OTP you’ve received on your phone> Account Deletion Successful. Please note that all of your Airtel app related account data and the app account will be deleted and if you re-register in future, you will not be eligible for the signup bonus.

Option-3

Visit nearest airtel care center to request to remove or delete account from My Airtel App, if you are unable to delete account from My Airtel App. Please note that all of your Airtel app related account data and the app account will be deleted and if you re-register in future, you will not be eligible for the signup bonus.
