Everyone is lucky on pack purchase

Airtel, a licensed brand of Robi Axiata PLC, reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at its sole discretion, without prior notice or reason. By participating in any Airtel campaign, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• Airtel shall notify eligible customers of their respective vouchers via immediately after the purchase of the specified pack. Airtel bears no responsibility for any delay, loss, or failure in the delivery of such notifications due to unforeseen technical or network issues.
• Airtel reserves the absolute right to exclude any participant from the campaign at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has:
  1. Violated any terms and conditions of the campaign;
  2. Acted unlawfully or fraudulently;
  3. Engaged in conduct that may harm Airtel’s reputation or business interests.
• Airtel shall not be held liable for the quality, availability, validity, usability, or redemption process of any third-party vouchers, as all responsibilities solely rest with the respective service providers.
• Airtel shall never request customers to transfer funds, share personal information, or provide personal belongings to claim rewards. Any such request should be disregarded and reported to Airtel immediately.
• Airtel and its partner organizations retain the right to withdraw or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice or liability.
• The Tk 158 pack is valid exclusively for data usage on YouTube, TikTok, Rabbithole, Bongo, Hoichoi, Binge, and Tsports platforms.
• The pack includes a 7-day subscription for Hoichoi, Bongo, and Tsports, subject to availability and the respective platform’s terms and conditions.
• Airtel reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or change the campaign without prior notice.
• Customer will get separate SMS from 24992 with each OTT Platform free subscriptions notification
• To avail the free subscriptions customer needs to go to the respective OTT platform portal.
• Customer needs to login with unique OTP which will be generated during login attempt with customers mobile number.

Limitation of Liability

• Airtel, as a licensed brand of Robi Axiata PLC, shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or inconvenience caused due to participation in this campaign.
• Airtel shall not be liable for any technical, network, or third-party service provider issues that may impact the redemption or usability of the benefits.
• Airtel is not responsible for third-party services, including but not limited to Hoichoi, Bongo, Tsports and any disputes regarding their services must be addressed directly with the respective service providers.

By participating in this campaign, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Airtel reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals found to be violating the terms of the campaign or engaging in fraudulent activities.
