Balance Transfer

With Balance Transfer, Airtel Customers can transfer balance from Airtel to Airtel numbers at anytime, anywhere. This service allows Airtel customers to transfer balance to other Airtel users via SMS, USSD and My Airtel App. Customers can easily transfer balance following the below simple steps:

• Airtel Prepaid can only transfer balance to another Airtel Prepaid number. Any transfer or receive of Airtel Postpaid is not possible
•  SMS: type ' BTR pin 016xxxxxxx amt ' and send to 1000. If pin is disabled, then no need to use pin. Simply type ' BTR 016xxxxxxx amt ' and send to 1000
•  Request PIN: Type PIN and send to 1000
• Enable PIN: Type PIN and send to 1000
• Disable PIN: Type PIN OFF and send to 1000
• Change PIN: Type ' PIN   ' and send to 1000
•  USSD: Dial * 1212 # and follow steps to complete transfer without internet on the go
• My Airtel App: Select balance transfer from My Airtel App services and follow the steps Customers need to turn their pin off if you want to use My Airtel app

Charge:

• Tk 2 (excluding VAT, SD & SC) from sender
• No charge from Balance receiver

Terms & Conditions:

• Balance transfer between Airtel Prepaid to Airtel Prepaid is possible
• To use the Balance Transfer service, your connection must be active for at least 30 days
• Minimum Tk 5 and maximum Tk 300 can be transferred in a single transaction
• Maximum 500 in one day and maximum Tk 1,000 in one month
• There is no charge from receiver’s end
