My Sports is a SMS, WAP, IVR, APP based sports service. User can subscribe this service through any channel and charging will be single point. After getting subscribed user can enjoy the service through SMS, WAP, IVR and APPLICATION (Android, iOS). There will be no additional charge for any content. (Data charge will be applicable).

  • After being subscribed from any channel user can enjoy the full service from Application, SMS, IVR, WAP, My Sports Application and My Robi Application.
  • To subscribe user must have to give SMS Y consent.
  • User can deactivate the service by sending STOP SP or SPW to 22222 or through the portal visit https://mysports.com.bd/ or simply dial 22222 or type 1111 to 22222 or STOP ALL to 22222.

My Sports is a SMS, WAP, IVR, APP based sports service. User can subscribe this service through any channel and charging will be single point. You need to log on to WAP site https://mysports.com.bd/ from your mobile via your mobile browser with ROBI or Airtel Internet.

3. How do I get the Application?

After getting subscribed you will get a link to download the application or you can simply search the app in play store and App store.

4. How to subscribe the My Sports service?

You can easily subscribe the service through SMS, WAP, IVR and Application.

  • Through SMS: START SP or SPW and send to 22222
  • Through Portal: Go to https://mysports.com.bd/ and click on the subscription link.
  • Through APP: Open App and click on the subscription button or click any premium content.
  • Through IVR: Dial 22222 and select package

5. How to subscribe the My Sports service through My Robi App?

Open My Robi Application by using Robi Internet then click on the premium content placed on My Sports card then select pack and confirm through SMS Y consent.

6. How to unsubscribe from My Sports service?

You can easily un-subscribe the service through SMS, WAP, IVR and Application.

There will be two package one is daily and another 5 days.

9. If I subscribed from SMS then can I use APP, WAP and IVR?

Yes, if you subscribed form any channel then other channel will be free, that means charging will be single point and once you subscribed you can enjoy the full service from SMS, WAP, IVR and application.

10. I get error message: 'Low Balance, Recharge and try again', what does it come?

This message is displayed when you do not have sufficient balance in your account/number or your renewal has been unsuccessful. To continue enjoying, kindly refill your account/number and try again.

11. Why do I need a Robi data connection to enjoy the service through WAP and APP?

Robi data connection is required to validate your subscription status with My Sports platform.

12. Is there any data charge to streaming the content or browse the portal and App?

Yes, there will be standard data charges as per your subscribed data plan.
